This nationally recognised course is ideal if you are new to a supervisory or management role and need to build your leadership confidence and skills. You will be equipped to provide leadership and guidance to others and take responsibility for the effective functioning and performance of the team and its work outcomes.
It is an introductory course for supervisors, team leaders as well as frontline and mid to upper level managers. It is a perfect qualification for people who find themselves in a supervisory role without any formal training in management or supervision.
The nationally recognised training is open to anyone studying in Australia.

- FeesThis training is subsidised by the NSW Government for eligible NSW residents. If this is your first qualification, the fees will be $1580, while for the second or further qualification, the fee is $1850.
For students who are ineligible for the subsidy or live/work outside of NSW the fee is $1850.

The BSB42015 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management is a nationally recognised qualification and is subsidised by the NSW government's Smart and Skilled program.
The training is suitable for individuals working as developing and emerging leaders and managers in a range of enterprise and industry contexts. There are no entry requirements for this qualification. Credit (or recognition) for modules/units may be granted based on previous learning, studies, work and/or life experiences. Please discuss this with our course coordinator when you enrol.
The total number of units required for completion for the course is 12 units (4 core, 8 electives).
