This course will introduce you to the tools essential to lead effectively and confidently as it will equip you to implement an operational plan, manage projects, monitor health and safety and show leadership in the workplace.
It is an introductory course for supervisors, team leaders as well as frontline and mid to upper level managers. It is a perfect qualification for people who find themselves in a supervisory role without any formal training in management or supervision.
The nationally recognised training is open to anyone studying in Australia.

- FeesFees may be different for students studying from NSW and other states. Depending on whether it is the first or later qualification, students studying from NSW may be eligible for subsidies under the NSW Smart and Skilled program. For a first qualification the fees will be $1580 while for the second or further qualification, the fee is $1850.
For students studying from other states in Australia and for those not eligible under the NSW Smart and Skilled program the fee will be $1850.

The BSB42015 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management is a nationally recognised training and is subsidised by the NSW government's Smart and Skilled program.
The training is suitable for individuals working as developing and emerging leaders and managers in a range of enterprise and industry contexts. The course can be customised for Salvos Stores and Family Stores Managers
There are no entry requirements for this qualification. Credit (or recognition) for modules/units may be granted based on previous learning, studies, work and/or life experiences. Please discuss this with our course coordinator when you enrol.
The total number of units required for completion for the course is 12 units (4 core, 8 electives).
The Salvation Army personnel may be eligible for finanacial assistance through the Course Assistance Board (CAB). Interested applicants should submit a signed CAB Form to email@example.com. All submitted CAB forms must be signed by the line manager/division to demonstrate the support of the applicant's department/corps/division.
