Check your email

We will use email regularly to send you important information during your studies at Eva Burrows College. You may wish to add online@ebc.edu.au and noreply@ebc.edu.au to your address book to avoid some of our system-generated emails being trapped by the spam filter. Check your emails regularly and ensure that the emails are not sitting in your junk mail/spam filter.

Please keep us updated if your email and contact details change.

Log in to Booth Online

You will receive an email with your username and password for Booth Online, the learning portal for all students. The username is your email address.

Go to boothonline.edu.au
Log in using the username and password
Choose your new password. The password must have at least 8 characters, including at least 2 digit(s), at least 2 lower case letter(s), at least 1 upper case letter(s) and at least 1 non-alphanumeric character(s) such as as *, -, or #.

Access key resources

Once you have logged in to Booth Online, you have access to many resources designed specifically to help you as you get started with your studies.

Student Central

Under the Students tab in Booth Online, you will find Student Central.

Student Central provides you with orientation information about Eva Burrows College and Booth Online. It also contains a number of resources to help you succeed as a student.

Library

Under the Library tab in Booth Online, you will find out all you need to know about accessing the library's resources, including a growing collection of thousands of e-books and journals. You can also ask the library to scan excerpts of books and send them to you electronically, or borrow books and have them posted to you. Register here to start using the Eva Burrows College Library.

Access your course

Under the My Courses menu in Booth Online, you can access all the courses you are currently enrolled in. To access your course, just click on it.

The Course Information section is a great place to start to familiarise yourself with the course requirements.

System requirements

A broadband internet connection speed of at least 256 Kbit/sec or faster is recommended to ensure that you can view videos and access online interactive presentations.
A desktop or laptop computer running Windows 7, 10 or Mac OS X Sierra or later. While Booth Online supports smartphones and tablets, you will still need a desktop or laptop computer to make use of some functionalities (including some assessments and video conferences).
A modern browser. Booth Online works well in all modern browsers (e.g. Google Chrome 32 bit version 50 or later or Apple Safari 10 or later). We do not recommend or support using Internet Explorer.
Note that add-ons and toolbars can affect your browser's performance.
In your browser, we recommend that the following be enabled:
-> Cookies
-> Pop-ups (in both Internet browser and security software)
-> Javascript
We also recommend that you ensure your browser has the latest version of Adobe Flash Player and associated plugins installed.
We also recommend that you have Adobe Acrobat Reader or Apple Preview installed to be able to read PDF documents.
