Booth Online Instructions

We are so glad you are joining us. To help you get started we have put together some key information. If you need any further help, please contact us by emailing online@ebc.edu.au


Check your email

We will use email regularly to send you important information during your studies at Eva Burrows College. You may wish to add online@ebc.edu.au and noreply@ebc.edu.au to your address book to avoid some of our system-generated emails being trapped by the spam filter. Check your emails regularly and ensure that the emails are not sitting in your junk mail/spam filter.

  • Go to boothonline.edu.au
  • Log in using the username and password 
  • Choose your new password. The password must have at least 8 characters, including at least 2 digit(s), at least 2 lower case letter(s), at least 1 upper case letter(s) and at least 1 non-alphanumeric character(s) such as as *, -, or #.

Need help?

  • If you have forgotten your username or password, please click here and follow the prompts. 
  • If you have not received your username and password from Booth Online or require additional support please email the Online Support during weekdays by emailing online@ebc.edu.au

System requirements

  • A broadband internet connection speed of at least 256 Kbit/sec or faster is recommended to ensure that you can view videos and access online interactive presentations.
  • A desktop or laptop computer running Windows 7, 10 or Mac OS X Sierra or later. While Booth Online supports smartphones and tablets, you will still need a desktop or laptop computer to make use of some functionalities (including some assessments and video conferences).
  • A modern browser. Booth Online works well in all modern browsers (e.g. Google Chrome 32 bit version 50 or later or Apple Safari 10 or later). We do not recommend or support using Internet Explorer.
    Note that add-ons and toolbars can affect your browser's performance. 
  • In your browser, we recommend that the following be enabled:
     -> Cookies
     -> Pop-ups (in both Internet browser and security software)
     -> Javascript
  • We also recommend that you ensure your browser has the latest version of Adobe Flash Player and associated plugins installed. 
  • We also recommend that you have Adobe Acrobat Reader or Apple Preview installed to be able to read PDF documents.
