Andrea Poletti
General Manager, Vocational Training

Andrea Poletti has a substantial background in Vocational Education with over 20 years’ experience, from TAFE NSW teacher, Head Teacher, Project Manager and Faculty Director. She has also held several senior leadership roles at TAFE NSW, Le Cordon Bleu and RMIT University.

Andrea has extensive experience in leading the design, development and delivery of high quality innovative training and education delivery, as well as managing operations in large complex organisations.

As a VET leader with strong experience, Andrea has lead teams in Business, IT, Community Services, Aged Care and Tourism & Hospitality at a national level. With a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Education and Hospitality, Andrea is a lifelong learner and educator.

 

Robyn Culbert
Quality Education Manager

Robyn is the Quality Education Manager ensuring that Eva Burrows College provides quality education and training programs that meet the needs of the students, as well as meeting the standards set by the government. 

Robyn has worked in vocational education and training for over 20 years, commencing as a part time teacher of business programs with TAFE NSW in Sydney’s western suburbs. During that period she worked as a Head Teacher, Program Manager and Faculty Director in a range of locations and campuses in both Sydney and Illawarra region of New South Wales.

Robyn's qualifications and interests are in the areas of education and business, completing studies at UTS in Master of Education, Bachelor of Education, post graduate qualifications in Communication and Business, and Diplomas in Business and Teaching.

 

Nicolino Colonna
Quality Education Manager

Nicolino has been involved in vocational education for 18 years and previously trained students in accounting, business, management and soft skills. Nicolino has been employed in a variety of industries in the past, including finance and manufacturing, and he has also owned and operated his own businesses in hospitality and the security industry.

Nicolino is passionate about the Vocational Education Industry and finds it rewarding to pass on his extensive knowledge to his students and co-workers so that they have the skills and confidence to work in their desired field.

Nicolino has over 12 years experience with various RTOs in Director of Studies and Academic Manager roles, overseeing compliance and risk management programs. He is greatly skilled in developing and executing effective policies and procedures with a proven track record of ensuring compliance with ASQA and TESQA regulations.  

 

Kaminee Ponnan
Administration and Compliance Officer

Kaminee holds an Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management and Certificate IV in Accounting. Kaminee is responsible for overseeing the government funded training programs and quality and compliance for Vocational Training. 

 

Monika Jayavel
Administration and Compliance Officer

Monika holds a Masters Degree in Computer Applications and is responsible for overseeing government funded training programs and quality and compliance for Vocational Training.

 

Kat Georgiadis
Program and Course Coordinator

Kat supports students enrolled in the Diploma and
Certificate IV in Leadership and Management, Diploma of Financial Counselling, Small Business unit, Rural Financial Counselling Specialisation, and the Problem Gambling and Financial Literacy Education skill sets.

 

 

Kirsten Fitzgerald
Course Coordinator

Kirsten coordinates the Diploma and Certificate IV in Community Services.

 

 

Joanne Trevethan
Course Coordinator

Joanne supports students enrolled in the Diploma of Chaplaincy, Chaplaincy Foundations and Certificate IV in Christian Ministry and Theology.

 

Melissa Lewis
Course Coordinator

Melissa is responsible for coordinating vocational training provided to clients of The Salvation Army’s partners, including Employment Plus programs.

 

 

Helen Maerz
Course Coordinator

Helen coordinates the Diploma, Certificate IV and Skill Set in Alcohol and Other Drugs, as well as a broad range of vocational programs for internal Salvation Army partners such as Employment Plus and external organisations including CISVic.

 

Tracey English
Trainer and Student Pastoral Support

Tracey is the lead Trainer for the Diploma of Chaplaincy and and is also available to provide pastoral support to the Eva Burrows College community.

 

Lillian Theo
Trainer

Lillian is the lead Trainer for the Certificate IV in Christian Ministry and Theology.
