Learning and Development Consultant
Janelle is a learning and development practitioner with over 20 years experience across multiple industries including motoring organisations, financial services, telecommunications, education and not-for-profit. She has worked as an in-house learning specialist as well as on a contract basis with organisations including RACV, APIA, Allianz, Sensis, AXA and World Vision. She has also owned her own consulting business.
Janelle is skilled in capability framework development, training needs analysis, instructional design, workshop design and facilitation. She currently specialises in the area of leadership and management development and is also a qualified coach.
Janelle has held a number of leadership roles throughout her career, including insurance operations management and training team management. She is also a member of the leadership team at the Ringwood Salvation Army Corps, where she has been involved in a variety of ministries.
A passion for overseas mission work has seen Janelle undertake mission trips to Tanzania and Indonesia to support the Salvation Army’s work. She is currently a Director of the Fullife Foundation which aims to improve women and children’s health in Africa. She has twice visited Ethiopia to see first hand the positive impact that the foundation is having.
Janelle feels blessed to have the privilege of helping people to achieve their God-given potential, whether through the development of their capability in her work role, or through her broader aid work.
