Norman Aquino
RegistrarIn the role of Registrar for Eva Burrows College, Norman works collaboratively with students to administer successful course admission, progression and completion outcomes. Equally, he works with various administration and education specialists to ensure the more than capable delivery of courses. He feels most achieved when good minds and serving hearts come together to deliver a meaningful learning experience to students. |

Major Tracey English
Student Pastoral SupportTracey has worked as a Salvation Army officer (minister) for more than 30 years. During this time she has been involved in parish work, teaching pastoral care at The Salvation Army theological college, writing and editing Salvation Army publications. For the last 11 years she has been working in the area of chaplaincy, initially as a chaplain within Salvation Army social programs, providing pastoral care to program staff and clients experiencing homelessness, mental health and addiction issues, before moving into chaplaincy management. Tracey has a Masters in Counselling, Graduate Diploma in Supervision and a Diploma of Chaplaincy, and is best known for her general overall fabulousness. She hopes to provide students with a safe, confidential and caring space in which they can discuss any concerns they may be experiencing, either personal or academic. |

Reverend Dr Arseny Ermakov
Senior LecturerPrior to joining the college in 2011, Arseny taught courses at European Nazarene College and Nazarene Theological College (UK) at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He has also briefly served as a pastor at St. Petersburg Church of the Nazarene, Russia. His primary research interests lay in the area of holiness and purity discourse in Ancient Judaism and Early Christianity as reflected in the light of new approaches to the study of ancient religions and linguistics. He also has an interest in post-structuralist methods of interpretation, the issues of multivoicedness in biblical traditions, readings of modern ideologies and cultures the light of scriptural hermeneutics, and the issues of post- and transhumanism and the Bible. |

Lt. Colonel Dr Terry Grey
Senior LecturerA Salvation Army officer for 30 years, Terry is responsible for the leadership of the higher education stream of Eva Burrows College. He has served in various appointments, most recently eight years in an inner city Corps (parish) together with his wife Lyn. Prior to this he served 13 years at Booth College Sydney. His Ph.D thesis focussed on Wisdom material and Christology in the biblical period, while his more recent Ed.D thesis explored the identity formation of Salvation Army officers from a post structural perspective. Terry is interested in the intersection between faith as a follower of Jesus, culture, faith practices, and theological reflection. |

Bronwyn LaphamOnline Learning Team LeadBronwyn joined Eva Burrows College in mid-2023. Her background includes all facets of multimedia development along with project management in the various education sectors: K-12, professional development, vocational and higher education. These different roles in the education sector have given Bronwyn experience with many and various supporting technologies, and she loves to help people find ways to engage students while making life easier. |

Library StaffAcademic Literacy SupportLibrarian Robyn is able to give assistance with Academic Literacy Support. She supports students in understanding the requirements of university level study including task requirements, how to plan and write texts, how to reference sources appropriately, and how to improve the expression of their writing and speaking. |

Major Emma MooreCoursework Coordinator/LecturerEmma has been a Salvation Army Officer for over 15 years and has experience as a Corps Officer and Church planter in several Corps in Australia. Between 2016-2018, she was appointed to the college in Sydney where she was a Mission Leader and an Individualised Training Officer before commencing at an inner-city Corps in London, UK. Most recently, Emma has been the Mission and Ministry Formation Coordinator for the Officer Formation Stream at Eva Burrows College. |

Reverend Professor Glen O'Brien
Research Coordinator/LecturerGlen has been on the College teaching staff since 2009, having formerly served at Booth College, Sydney, as Head of Humanities and Head of Theology. He is a Uniting Church minister in the Yarra Yarra Presbytery with a placement to full-time theological education in The Salvation Army. As Research Coordinator at Eva Burrows College he administers the University of Divinity’s Higher Degrees by Research offered through the College as well as lecturing in Christian History and Theology, specialising in Wesleyan studies. He is Chair of the Research Committee of the University of Divinity and a Deputy Chair of Examiners in the University. Glen is co-supervising five doctoral students and is available for further supervision in the fields of Wesleyan thought, Methodist history, the Holiness Movement, Australian religious history, eighteenth-century studies, Trinitarian theology, or the doctrine of sanctification. |

Major Grant Sandercock-Brown
LecturerGrant is married to Sharon and they have three adult children. He has a degree in music education and was a High School music teacher for 10 years. Since entering Training College in 1999 he has completed an MA from Morling College in Sydney and a Doctor of Ministry at Asbury Theological Seminary. Grant loves all sports, especially cricket, golf, and cycling. He supports the Swans when they are winning. |

Major Catherine SpillerAcademic DeanCatherine has been a Salvation Army Officer since 2002 serving in a variety of appointments in Corps and Officer Formation. She loves journeying with people as they grow in their relationship with Jesus. Catherine has been married to Rhys for 24 years and has two children. She loves hanging out with her family, reading, baking, studying and going on holidays in their caravan. |

Catherine Standing
Executive SupportCatherine joined the Higher Education Stream to provide administration support to all staff and faculty. This includes working closely with the Coursework Coordinator and Registrar to assist with student support, meeting preparation and minute taking, unit record administration, and keeping the Higher Education webpages current on the Eva Burrows College website. In 2019 Catherine's role expanded to take on the additional responsibilities of Administration Coordinator, providing administration support across all Streams of the College and ensuring balanced work flow for the admin team. Then in 2022 she took on support of the Head of College. Catherine enjoys the variety and challenges that these roles bring. |
