FEE-HELP
FEE-HELP is an Australian Government loan scheme to help eligible fee paying students to pay their tuition fees. Look up the University of Divinity for more information on tuition and other annual services fees.
Academic Skills
Study skills assistance is available. You can contact our Student Support Services Coordinator, Dr Christine Unicomb, for more details at Christine.unicomb@aus.salvationarmy.org
Study skills is also made available for enrolled students in our Student Central portal in ARK, our Learning Management System.
Libraries
Eva Burrows College library is located in Melbourne. The library is a learner-centered space, delivering optimum service and providing access to knowledge in a variety of formats.
All members can access a large digital collection and over 55,000 print resources including specialised collections, with these excellent resources supporting quality research and study.
Students are introduced to Library staff during Orientation and are encouraged to take a tour and become familiar with the library resources. Email our librarians at library@ebc.edu.au if you require any help as they are committed to supporting you.
University of Divinity student ID card is needed to borrow from all libraries associated with the University. When you visit different University of Divinity libraries you will need to register before you borrow for the first time.
Educational IT Systems
The University has three major IT systems used by staff and students for learning, teaching and research:
- ARK= the Learning Management System used to support all units at the University. Instructions for access to ARK and related resources are sent to all NEW students prior to the commencement of Semester. Units can be accessed 1 week prior to the commencement of the unit. Access to units are closed to students 2-4 weeks after the end of the unit.
- Library Hub= digital library resources including databases, journals and e-books
- TAMS= the Student Record System, providing access to enrolment data and results

WiFi Access
WiFi access is available to students on campus.
Student ID card
Students of the University are issued an ID card upon request and provision of a passport quality photo.
Emergency Procedures
During the first class on campus of each semester, lecturers advise students of the evacuation plan and first aid facilities. These plans are posted in every classroom and all common areas of the college.
