Greg Hayes

Greg Hayes began his career with Years 7-12 students where he taught Modern History, Religion and Social Sciences in a number of colleges across the Sydney area.

After some time, Greg decided to shift his focus and move into the area of adult training. He secured a position with NSW Government’s training arm of Family and Community Services where he spent some time training caseworkers and staff in a variety of leadership, administration, office skills and WHS courses.

This role came to an end and he then worked for a call centre, training the staff in processes and procedures around dealing with clients who had been involved in motor vehicle accidents. At the conclusion of this contract Greg decided to go out on his own as a trainer, and for the last few years he has worked in Leadership and Management Training and Assessing with RTO’s in Sydney. Greg has also contracted with a number of corporate clients and delivered training in a variety of soft office skills courses, customer service, communication, diversity and ethics, bullying and harassment courses.

Greg’s passion is teaching. He has never been accused of being dull in any course! He’s been involved because he considers that if clients are prepared to give up their time, energy and more so, funds, to complete a course, they need to walk away from it having achieved their stated goals. He likes to think he is able to assist them in achieving these.

Greg looks forward to working with his students, making learning enjoyable and helping to achieve their goals.
