This nationally recognised course is ideal if you are new to a supervisory or management role and need to build your leadership confidence and skills. You will be equipped to provide leadership and guidance to others and take responsibility for the effective functioning and performance of the team and its work outcomes.

The nationally recognised training is open to anyone studying in Australia.

This course is delivered online via our Booth Online Learning Portal over a period of 18 months.

Meet the Trainer

Helen Brooks, Facilitator and Assessor, Diploma of Leadership and Management, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Certificate IV in Bookkeeping 

Helen has been a trainer and assessor with us since 2009 when she delivered training in Certificate IV in Frontline Management throughout New South Wales, ACT and Queensland.  She has extensive experience in vocational education and training, working in the industry for over ten years. Additionally, for 23 years, Helen was Managing Director of her family’s company which provided audio recordings for conferences and seminar support services where she gained extensive experience managing staff, accounts and business development.

What are the entry requirements?

There are no entry requirements for this qualification. Credit (or recognition) for modules/units may be granted based on previous learning, studies, work and/or life experiences. Please discuss this with our course coordinator when you enrol.
