This unit is designed to give you the knowledge and skills for developing and leading teams in ministry context. You will examine the developmental stages of teams and healthy team dynamics as foundational concepts for effective team ministry. You will learn about leading ministry teams by using strategies such as effective communication, identifying strengths and weaknesses of the team, and enlarging the capacity of the team.

There is a one hour online video conference each week. Day and time will be negotiated once enrolments are finalised. The most likely day will be a Friday possibly 11 am or 1.30 pm. AEST.
