Leadership qualifications through EBC/UD

Be among the first intake at Eva Burrows College for this leadership qualification! Eva Burrows College now offers the Graduate Certificate in Leadership, so you can study with us and achieve your leadership education goals.

You don’t need to put ministry on hold while you grow as a leader. Study at EBC is fully online, so you can remain immersed in your appointment, ministry or leadership role while you study.

Through this qualification you will:

• Study leadership from a Christian perspective;
• Strengthen your ministry leadership skills;
• Lead teams with greater skill and confidence;
• Explore dynamics of power, authority and vulnerability in leadership practice; and
• Learn from experienced practitioners and educators alongside leaders from multiple Christian traditions.

It only takes three units and you can achieve this qualification in as little as 12 months. The unit requirements are mapped below.

Please note that admission to this award requires a prior Bachelor or higher degree and management experience. Additionally, if you have taken a postgraduate leadership unit at EBC in the past few years, this may provide you credit towards this award, fast-tracking your completion.
