Upon successful completion of this unit, it is expected that students will be able to:
1. Articulate the theological convictions around grace and salvation that inform TSA's understanding of 'coming to faith'.
2. Demonstrate an understanding of faith development and Christian formation.
3. Identify the Christian faith community's role and importance in discipleship and mentoring.
4. Summarise the place and merit of widely used Christian discipleship and evangelism tools.
5. Describe a current ministry context and examine each program's effectiveness and potential for discipling.
