This course will sharpen your leadership and management skills equipping you to lead with confidence as a professional manager who inspires, motivates and empowers the team.

The management skills and practical techniques you will learn during this diploma will help you lead and support your colleagues, solve problems, and manage projects in any industry. This course will particularly assist you to gain expertise in various management tasks including managing people performance, leading and managing teams, and workplace relationships.

This nationally recognised qualification is open to anyone studying in Australia.

Meet the Trainer

Helen Brooks, Facilitator and Assessor, Diploma of Leadership and Management, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Certificate IV in Bookkeeping 

Helen has been a trainer and assessor with us since 2009 when she delivered training in Certificate IV in Frontline Management throughout New South Wales, ACT and Queensland.  She has extensive experience in vocational education and training, working in the industry for over ten years. Additionally, for 23 years, Helen was Managing Director of her family’s company which provided audio recordings for conferences and seminar support services where she gained extensive experience managing staff, accounts and business development.

What are the entry requirements?

There are no entry requirements for this qualification. Credit (or recognition) for modules/units may be granted based on previous learning, studies, work and/or life experiences. Please discuss this with our course coordinator when you enrol.
