Wedding paperwork:
Nomination of Minister of Religion - completed in conjunction with Officer Personnel, processed by Officer Personnel.
Happily Ever Before and After - you as the celebrant are required to provide this to the couple during your visits. (Note that some translated versions are available).
Notice of Intended Marriage - you as the celebrant complete this including sighting all identification documents one month before the ceremony - gets lodged by you within 14 days to Births, Deaths and Marriages in the state/territory in which the ceremony takes place (along with Declaration and Official Certificate).
Tips for Completing Notice of Intended Marriage
Combined Declaration of No Legal Impediment to Marriage and Official Certificate of Marriage (generally printed double-sided) - gets lodged by you within 14 days to Births, Deaths and Marriages in the state/territory in which the ceremony takes place (along with NOIM).
Form 15 Certificate of Marriage - must be purchased (not downloadable) from CanPrint - this is the ceremonical certificate you provide to the couple after the wedding (sample).
