Erica Jones is a lecturer in leadership formation whose work integrates theology, strategy, and spiritual practice to equip leaders for transformative impact. With nearly two decades of ministry and leadership experience in The Salvation Army across local, regional, and national roles, she has led in diverse contexts ranging from corps leadership to organisational change, youth development, and officer formation.
Her leadership practice is shaped by both academic study and practical experience. Erica holds postgraduate qualifications in leadership, theology, and business administration, and is currently pursuing a Master of Spirituality at Whitley College. She has coordinated large-scale leadership development initiatives, designed innovative training resources, and facilitated reflective retreats and collaborative learning environments.
Erica’s teaching brings together systems theory, emotional and cultural intelligence, and theological reflection to help leaders navigate complexity with courage and creativity. Passionate about the holistic formation of leaders, she is committed to fostering integrity, resilience, and discernment in those preparing to serve in ministry and mission.
