ClaytonMajor Clayton Spence, along with his wife, Major Leanne Spence, are the Corps Officers (Mission Leaders) at Campsie Salvation Army, in the multicultural heart of Sydney. Along with this busy frontline role, Clayton is also a member of The Salvation Army’s Territorial Moral and Social Issues Council, and represents the Salvation Army on the National Council of Churches Australia, Faith and Unity Commission, and on the NSW Ecumenical Council, Theological Reflection Forum.

Clayton’s professional background is in Organisational Psychology, having worked in large organisations in Learning & Development leadership roles. He is a member of the Association of Coaches, and an Executive Committee member of the University of Sydney Coaching and Mentoring Association. He is an experienced Leadership and Executive Coach and group facilitator.

Clayton is most comfortable facilitating group processes, and working one on one helping others to work towards their purpose, becoming the best version of themselves.
