Current SCD students can now access the print resources of the Melbourne Library. Books can be mailed from the Melbourne Library to students, if they are not available through the Sydney Library. These books will be posted out via Express Post, to a maximum cost of $15. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the borrower and the books must be returned back to the lending library.
The electronic resources available to SCD students include access to the Full-Text Theological Journal Database "ATLAS" and the EBSCO Ebook Subscription collection of in excess of 6,000+ titles. The ATLAS Database and EBSCO Ebook Collection, can only be accessed through the Sydney Library catalogue using the Federated Search option. Currently, our online learning portal is called Booth Online. It houses the learning materials for both Sydney College of Divinity and vocational students. Over the coming months we will make changes to transition from Booth Online to EBC Online. While this transition is taking place, boothonline.edu.au and ebconline.edu.au will be active so you will be able to access your learning materials uninterrupted. Once the SCD teach out is complete at the end of 2018, EBC Online will be utilised for vocational students only.
Students who are studying under University Divinity with Eva Burrows College will need to utilise ARK which is the University of Divinity’s online learning portal.
