In this role, he has developed his skills in crisis intervention with individuals and groups, as well as training others for this ministry.  He is an accredited trainer in 8 courses dealing with various aspects of crisis intervention and suicide prevention and is also a Mental Health First Aid instructor.  He is used by Booth College as a trainer for the Diploma in Chaplaincy and at the School for Officer Training.

Lyndsay serves on the management teams and as a trainer of The Salvation Army Critical Incident Peer Support team and Fire and Rescue NSW Critical Incident Support Program.  He has studied in Australia, USA and Singapore and is regularly training in churches and emergency services across Australia.

His passion is to de-mystify the work of Chaplaincy and crisis intervention, helping equip others to see that they can be used to help people in crisis.
