BSB51915 Diploma of Leadership and Management

This course will sharpen your leadership and management skills equipping you to lead with confidence as a professional manager who inspires, motivates and empowers the team.

The management skills and practical techniques you will learn during this diploma will help you lead and support your colleagues, solve problems, and manage projects in any industry. This course will particularly assist you to gain expertise in various management tasks including managing people performance, leading and managing teams, and workplace relationships.

This nationally recognised qualification is open to anyone studying in Australia.

  • FeesThis training is subsidised by the NSW Government for eligible NSW residents. If this is your first qualification, the fees will be $2530, while for the second or further qualification, the fee is $2850.

    For students who are ineligible for the subsidy or live/work outside of NSW the fee is $2850.

The BSB51915 Diploma of Leadership and Management is a nationally recognised qualification and is subsidised by the NSW government's Smart and Skilled program.

This training is suitable for individuals seeking their first managerial role or an existing manager with a desire to upskill. The qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply knowledge, practical skills and experience in leadership and management across a range of enterprise and industry contexts.

There are no entry requirements for this qualification. Credit (or recognition) for modules/units may be granted based on previous learning, studies, work and/or life experiences. Please discuss this with our course coordinator when you enrol.

The total number of units required for completion for the course is 12 units (4 core, 8 electives). 

The Salvation Army personnel may be eligible for finanacial assistance through the Course Assistance Board (CAB). Interested applicants should submit a signed CAB Form to cabcourse@aue.salvationarmy.org. All submitted CAB forms must be signed by the line manager/division to demonstrate the support of the applicant's department/corps/division.
